We build stage by stage, from foundation to finish. Each stage is checked before the next one starts, and you get regular progress updates.
Handover & care
We check the finished home with you before you get the keys. If you need them, we also do interiors and look after the home later.

Are you home builders only, or do you design too?
We do both. One team covers architecture, 3D design, structural design, construction, interiors, renovation, supervision, estimates and property management.
What is the home construction cost per sq ft in Kerala?
As a 2026 guide, budget homes cost ₹1,750–₹2,100 per sq ft of built-up area. Standard homes cost ₹2,200–₹2,700, premium ₹2,800–₹3,600 and luxury ₹4,000+. An estimate from your drawings is far more accurate.
Where are you based, and where do you build?
Our office is at SML Building, Moulana Azad Road, Near Hotel Abad, Panayappilly, Chullickal, Kochi, Kerala 682005. Most of our homes are in and around Kochi, and we work across Kerala.
Do you work with NRI clients building from abroad?
Yes. Many of our clients live abroad. We send regular photo and video updates, and independent site supervision is available.
