Home tours from Kochi
Three of our Kochi projects have full video tours. Groundwork to Grandeur follows a home from construction through to finished interiors. Mr. Abdul Jaleel's Home is a full custom build, shown room by room. Rental Plan to Dream Home tells the story of a family who had planned to keep renting, and chose to build instead.
How we run every project
Every home follows the same five stages. First, we survey the site and test the soil. Second, we complete the design and get permit approvals from the local body. Third, we build the foundation and the RCC frame and slabs to the approved structural design. Fourth, we do the masonry, plumbing and electrical work, and inspect it before finishing starts. Fifth, we finish the home and hand it over after a final quality check. You get a written scope, an itemised estimate and a BOQ before work begins, and a report at each stage.
Arranging a site visit
Photos and videos only show so much. Where owners are happy to host, we can arrange a visit to a completed or ongoing project. You can see the finishing up close and ask questions on site. To ask for a visit, call or message our Kochi office, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Where are these projects?
Our office is in Kochi and many of our projects are in and around the city, including the three home tours on our YouTube channel. We also design and build homes across all districts of Kerala.

Where owners are happy to host, we can arrange a visit so you can see our quality and finishing first-hand. Contact our Kochi office to ask.
How is each project run?
In five stages: site survey and soil testing, design and permit approvals, foundation and structure, masonry with plumbing and electrical work, then finishing and handover. Work is inspected at each stage, and there is a final quality check before handover.
Will my project be similar in cost to these?
Cost depends on your design, size and specification. As a 2026 guide, building costs run from about ₹1,750 per sq ft for a budget build to ₹4,000 or more for luxury. Share your plans and we'll prepare an estimate tailored to your home.
How long does a project like these take?
A 2,000 to 2,500 sq ft home usually takes about 10 to 14 months, depending on design, weather and specification. We confirm the schedule with you before work starts.
