For architecture, 3D, interiors or structural design, tell us what stage you are at. You might have rough sketches, ready drawings or just an idea. We'll guide you to the right next step.

You don't need drawings to meet us. But the more you bring, the more we can tell you on the day.

• About the plot

  Bring the plot location, and the land documents or a plot sketch if you have them. Photos of the site help too, especially of access roads and any low or wet areas.

• About the home

  Tell us roughly how big you want the home to be, and how many bedrooms you need. Bring any photos or plans of homes you like. Any existing drawings are useful too.

• About budget and timing

  A rough budget range and a target move-in date help us suggest a realistic plan. As a 2026 guide, building costs run from about ₹1,750 to ₹2,100 per sq ft for a budget home, up to ₹4,000 or more for luxury.

First, we get back to you to understand your project and answer your questions. Next, we arrange a meeting at our office or on your site. If you are building, we survey the site and advise on soil testing. We then prepare a written scope and an itemised estimate. Once the design is agreed, you get a BOQ, or bill of quantities, and a confirmed schedule before any work starts.

We offer on-site visits and online estimates. Our office is in Kochi, but we work in every district of Kerala. On a site visit, we look at the plot, the ground, the access and how water drains. This tells us a lot about the foundation and the build plan. If you'd like to see our work, we can also arrange a visit to a completed or ongoing project, where the owner is happy to host.

Building or maintaining a home in Kerala from abroad? We work with NRI owners regularly. You can start by email or phone. During the build, we send regular photo and video progress reports. You can add independent supervision for extra checks. Once the home is ready, our property management team can look after it while you are away.
