We offer architectural designing in Kerala from our office in Kochi. We start with a visit to your plot and end with a full set of drawings you can build from. Along the way, we turn the way you want to live into a plan that works. Every design suits Kerala's rain and heat, and we can follow vastu if you wish. Most of our homes are in and around Kochi, but we design for families in every district of Kerala.

We design nalukettu and tharavadu-style homes built around a central courtyard. They have sloping roofs, verandahs and natural cross-ventilation. We detail them for modern living, with today's kitchens, bathrooms and services.
We also design clean, modern homes with open plans and large windows. Roofs can be flat or single-slope. Each design still deals with Kerala's heavy rain and strong sun.
If you want vastu, we place the entrance, kitchen, pooja room and bedrooms to suit it. We do this without losing daylight, easy movement or a sound structure.
A house in Kochi faces long monsoons, high humidity and hot afternoons. We plan for all three from the first sketch.

Because we also do structural design and construction, one team stays answerable for the whole job. If you want to see the design in 3D first, we can add that too. The drawings are also the base for an itemised estimate and BOQ (bill of quantities), so you know the cost before you build.
In Kerala, design is usually charged per sq ft of built-up area, or as a share of the project cost. As a guide, our standalone design packages cost about ₹8–₹25 per sq ft. The rate depends on the detail, the number of revisions and how much 3D you need. If we also build your home, design is often part of the construction package. Either way, we agree a fixed fee and a written scope before any work begins.
Many of our clients are NRIs who live outside India. We can visit the plot for you and share our findings. Design reviews can happen over video calls, with drawings sent by email. If we build the home too, you get regular photo and video updates at each stage.
